Getting started in the community

Hello Team, We got a feedback from customer on ‘Playbook’ section, stating: 1)In the Playbook creation, If we could use Tab Out for selecting options and click ‘Save’ by ‘Enter’? For now, what I see in the Local Org is, when we create a playbook, the ‘Tab’ option works, but it’s not highlighted during selcting the type, and also, click on the “spacebar” is saving it. 2)Whenever we delete a plabook, it scorolls to top of the page, Rather than staying at same section: I’ve made a small video, showing the above mentioned  -  https://share.vidyard.com/watch/qb1pDa87mYrxrpvqZWqqpC? When our CSMs send an email through a CTA (email template built in Co-pilot), this email automatically is logged in the client's timeline. While this email is marked as originating from a CTA, there is no way to add the activity subtype when validating the email before sending. The activity sub-types help us in understanding the theme of work the CSM is working on and is included as an option to note when manually creating a timeline event. We've given our CSMs the workaround to go back and edit the email to add the activity subtype.
