Hi @cjacksonfe , Based on my understanding regarding your post, we can do this with our existing product design a process wherein a user has to click to initiate  -- Feature 1 can be created then enter some text in this box --  Feature 2 can be created then click another option -- Feature 3 - can be created then click submit -- Feature 4 can be created All these features once created on product mapper then they can be configured on the funnel to check to which step the user has reached. Hi @alb ,   Except for the number type fields, rest all fields support pasting multiple unique values at once. This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled [Enhancement Request] Pop up the timeline field while sending email assist task. When our CSMs send an email through a CTA (email template built in Co-pilot), this email automatically is logged in the client's timeline. While this email is marked as originating from a CTA, there is no way to add the activity subtype when validating the email before sending. The activity sub-types help us in understanding the theme of work the CSM is working on and is included as an option to note when manually creating a timeline event. We've given our CSMs the workaround to go back and edit the email to add the activity subtype. Hello, I am fairly new to Community and InSided and I find this experience as a user very confusing. I recoded a video hoping that InSided can take in this feedback and provide a Control setting for Community Managers to setup the default as “newest first” for all members and allow them to change this settings if they wish. This would ensure that new posts on long threads are not ommited.

You can’t shrink them to the size you want, and you can’t expand columns without having the columns to the right be pushed farther out of view. Hi JAM, Today while working on one of the customer request, I found that you can apply a playbook to a CTA by a rule(if not applied). Based on the identifiers used in the CTA action, CTAs are up-serted (Type and Reason are default identifiers). If there is an existing CTA that matches the identifiers, then it is updated. While updating: Priority is updated if the new Priority is higher than the existing CTA's priority. Chatter/Comments are updated based on the "Post update to chatter and/or comments" flag. If existing CTA does not have a playbook and the new CTA has a playbook, then the playbook will be applied. I used the above trick and made the CTA name as identifier along with (Type and Reason as default identifier) and playbook got applied. Check out the screenshot. On the “Contacts” section of the C360, there is some extra white space at the bottom of the contacts which makes it seem like it is the end of the available contacts. It is the next step in the evolution of our existing capabilities such as Share 360, Success Plan Sharing, etc. but instead of having multiple disconnected experiences, customers will be able to access the information in a collaborative space with the vendor in Spaces. Users have to be approved by a group admin to join a private group. After approval a user can see and post topics + comments.
